Super Youth Program, South Pacific Youth Civic Association (SPYCA), is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that emphasizes the consistency of community Education, Leadership, individual health and well-being of our youth.

Our goal is to build a community that promotes honor, respect and unity through cultural identity and indigenous cultural practices. To do this, we not only embrace the past, by protecting and perpetuating each culture’s language and traditions, we also provide experiences where indigenous methods of learning and education are showcased through activities such as the South Pacific Island Festival which SPYCA along with Aloha Island Market, AZ LLC hosts every year in Mesa, AZ to prevent or halt erosion of traditional practices through ongoing cultural exchanges for generations to come.

It is also SPYCA’s vision to remain diligent in its efforts to celebrate with our entire Community by sharing diverse cultures and encouraging young people to commit higher goals. It is our vision to help our youth further education and provide better career opportunities with academic scholarships that will be awarded at our South Pacific Island Festival, starting this coming festival. We also provide mentorship in which we bring different business leaders, government leaders, edcuational leaders, governmental services, church leaders, etc. to teach and mentor to help find the right career fit for our youth.

Every year, we set different goals for our youth and our 2024 Goals for SPYCA is raising funds to take a group of 100+ youths to one of the South Pacific Islands for educational & cultural awareness hands-on learning.
